The "Salt Key House" is beautifully renovated and decorated beach home located 4 houses down from A1A and the famous Fort Lauderdale beach. A couple minutes walk, and you will find yourself at some of the best beach side restaurants and unique boutiques in south Florida. Views of the sun and sand can be enjoyed from the upstairs balcony and from the cozy, coffee in hand, front porch haven. The private backyard oasis includes luscious, new Floridian landscaping, a heated pool, seating for the entire family and a dinner table made for endless memories and entertaining. Don’t forget to make time for the new, airconditioned 700 square foot game room where a pool table and party games catch a wave on your competitive side! The Space:
Elegantly remodeled home with marble and wood floors throughout. First floor features an over-sized chef's kitchen with 4 seat bar, large dining room with 8 person table (seating for 12 total) and inviting family room with pool views. A brand new, airconditioned game room with pool table, Tiki bar, ping pong table, dart board, bicycles with helmets, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella! The second floor bedrooms are highlighted by a large master with additional seating/sleeping area. The master bath has a large shower and separate tub, along with dual sinks and water closet. The 3 additional guest bedrooms all have individual charm that makes each one unique. One with two full beds, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. All bedrooms include flat screen TV's and there is Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Guest Access:
Guest are welcome to access the entire property and will be provided an electronic door code for access anytime after check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Birch Park Finger Estates is one of the most exclusive beach communities in Fort Lauderdale. With just 9 short streets that dead end at Birch State Park and Start at A1A, this is as close as you can get to the beach without being directly on the sand.
Getting Around:
Salt Key is perfectly located steps from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and Birch State Park.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum renter age is 25 unless approved by management prior to reservation. All of our properties are in high end, beautiful and quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Being respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors should be considered a top priority. Please contact us prior to booking with any questions or concerns.
All guests will be required to sign a simple rental agreement, be verified by SafelyStay, provide identification and current contact information in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.
We welcome your pet but require pre-approval. A non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply.
All properties have a strict No Smoking inside policy. Any evidence of smoking or smell of smoke inside the property will incur a minimum $500 fee.

No shows are not eligible for refund of deposit and will be charged the total amount due for the entire reservation.
No refund for early departure unless mandatory evacuation order due to hurricane.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests are provided a touch and contact free checkin with an electronic door lock code and full check in instructions. Guests will be provided a contact number of the house manager that can be available for anything before, during and after the stay.
